Not everything can come back to a workshop. Damaged gates, failed handrail fixings, cracked plant frames and steel that needs modifying in place all get attended on site, with the right process for the parent material rather than whatever is on the truck.
Capability
Cracked, corroded or impact-damaged steelwork cut out and replaced in place, with the repair procedure matched to the parent material and the load the member is carrying.
Existing steelwork cut, extended, reinforced or relocated to suit a change in use — new penetrations, added supports, relocated handrails and adjusted gate hardware.
Damaged security gates, failed barriers and compromised handrails made safe outside trading hours so an operating site can keep running.
Hot work permits, screening, fire watch and extraction managed for occupied buildings, along with site induction and SWMS documentation ahead of attendance.
How we work

Send drawings, sketches or photographs through the quote form. We confirm what is included, flag anything that looks unresolved, and tell you what else we need.

For residential and retrofit work we measure on site. For new commercial builds we work from the architectural and structural documentation and raise RFIs where the detail is unclear.

You receive a written quote with inclusions, exclusions, finish specification, lead time and installation requirements. Nothing is priced as a provisional sum unless we say so.

We issue shop drawings for approval. Fabrication does not start until they are signed off, which protects both of us from expensive rework.

Cutting, forming, welding and assembly happen in the Campbellfield workshop. Galvanising and powder coating are booked in as part of the program, not as an afterthought.

Our crews deliver and install, make good, and hand over the documentation package. Any defect items are listed and closed out before we invoice the final claim.
Common questions
Yes, for damaged security gates, failed barriers and compromised handrails where leaving the item unsafe is not an option. Attendance is subject to crew availability and we will give you a realistic time when you call rather than an optimistic one.
After-hours attendance is charged at a call-out rate that we will confirm before we dispatch. For work in occupied or operating buildings we will also need hot work permission arranged with the site, which we can talk through on the phone.
