Gates that hang true on driveways that never are
A gate is the one piece of metalwork a client operates every single day, so it gets judged on how it moves rather than how it looks in a photograph. We set out for the actual fall of the driveway and specify hardware rated for the leaf we have built.

What custom gates & fencing covers
Sliding and cantilever gates
Track-guided and cantilever sliding gates for driveways with limited swing clearance, engineered for the span and counterbalanced so the motor is not doing structural work.
Swing gates and pedestrian gates
Single and double leaf swing gates with adjustable hinges, drop bolts and self-closing hardware, set out so the leaf clears a rising or falling driveway through its full arc.
Automation-ready fabrication
Frames built for the motor you are actually installing, with conduit paths, mounting plates, safety loop provisions and gaps detailed to suit the automation installer.
Fencing, screens and infill
Matching fence panels, slatted privacy screens, perforated infill and welded mesh, set out so panel joints and slat spacing line up across the whole frontage.

How we work
How a job runs
The same six stages apply whether we are fabricating a single item or a staged commercial package.

Enquiry and scope
Send drawings, sketches or photographs through the quote form. We confirm what is included, flag anything that looks unresolved, and tell you what else we need.

Site measure or drawing review
For residential and retrofit work we measure on site. For new commercial builds we work from the architectural and structural documentation and raise RFIs where the detail is unclear.

Fixed quote and program
You receive a written quote with inclusions, exclusions, finish specification, lead time and installation requirements. Nothing is priced as a provisional sum unless we say so.

Shop drawings and approval
We issue shop drawings for approval. Fabrication does not start until they are signed off, which protects both of us from expensive rework.

Fabrication and finishing
Cutting, forming, welding and assembly happen in the Campbellfield workshop. Galvanising and powder coating are booked in as part of the program, not as an afterthought.
06
Installation and handover
Our crews deliver and install, make good, and hand over the documentation package. Any defect items are listed and closed out before we invoice the final claim.
Common questions
Questions we get asked before quoting
Whatever you have. For structural work, engineering drawings and architectural plans let us price accurately without a site visit. For gates, balustrades and custom work, photographs and rough dimensions are usually enough to start a conversation, and we will confirm on site before fabrication.
If you have nothing but an idea, that is still a valid starting point. A large part of what we do is turning a description into something that can actually be fabricated and installed.
